Texas Tiny Homes would love your help! We are kicking off our very first fundraiser to provide the necessary capital to build our first Model Home. Our goal is to build the model without having to acquire a bank construction loan, because being debt free is part of the purpose Texas Tiny Homes was launched, and you can help make that dream become a realty.

Our #1 goal for starting this company is to help singles, young couples and retiring baby boomers dramatically stretch their income dollar, retirement funds by living in much smaller and much more affordable/economical luxury homes. Small, but luxurious is what we do, helping our customers become debt free is what we’re about.

We’re currently planning to build a $100,000 Model Home in Granbury, Texas on a lot that provides high visibility, great drive-by traffic. By purchasing one of our plans today you will be contributing to our model home goal, our vision and our future.

To make this goal happen, we have radically reduced the prices of some of our plans and need 1000 customers to purchase one of our $99.00 set of plans, or 200 customers to purchase one of our $500 set of plans. The formula isn’t that important, we just need to sell enough plans to reach the fundraiser goal. We’re not looking for a hand out, in fact, we have reduced the price of our plans to an insane price to help us achieve our goal. Our plans are original, they are very detailed and are currently priced at about 10% of retail value.

We plan to provide a daily tally on our website, so you can see where we stand with the fund raising goal. We are also looking at fund raising websites to assist us with this goal.
