Texas Tiny Homes | Current Income Opportunities

• Affiliate Vendors – Texas Tiny Homes is searching for fun, energetic people who are fans of the tiny and small home movement, and really like the luxury home plans we offer. Our affiliate vendor program is a great way to earn some additional income with little effort, and it is free to join. All of the affiliate vendor information is on the provided link, and can also be accessed from our menu bar.

Duties Will Include: Once you sign up you will be provided an affiliate link, that will look just like this (please do not share this link because it doesn’t have your code in it), that you can share in emails to your friends, family and business associates, as well as on your Facebook page, and any other social pages you may currently have, or plan to set up. You will earn 35% commission for each sale your marketing efforts generate.

• Procure Home Builder Relationships/Customers – We are seeking retired or part-time sales persons who are interested in earning fun, part-time income as part of the Texas Tiny Homes online sales team. This is a “commission only” position at this time.

Duties Will Include: Google searching for home builders in your city and state (we will provide you with the specific keywords to use), which you will then compile an excel spreadsheet list as you go, inputting the home builders contact information; including their phone number, street address, website address and email address. Calling and/or emailing home builders on your list and introducing them to Texas Tiny Homes by presenting them with your affiliate vendor link, provides you with commission income opportunity. Each time they purchase one of our plans you earn a commission. We will also provide you with a commission on any plans your builders hire us to design for them. Once you establish a working relationship with each home builder, any plans they buy now, or in the future, will generate another commission, as long as you are actively representing us with new builder clients, and networking with your established builders on your list. Part of your success will come from staying in touch with your builder clients, and let them know each time we roll out a new plan. Builders never know from day to day when a new prospective build-to-suit client will call or drop by their model, or office, so staying in their loop will help us sell stock plans or design new ones for them, earning you additional commissions.

Your duty will also be to find builders in your list/state that would be interested in Texas Tiny Homes providing them with, “build-to-suit” leads, which would provide us with a referral fee, and you with another commission. We are exploring franchise possibilities and if that option becomes a reality, you will present that program too, and earn a commission for each one you close.

We have hundreds and hundreds of plans customers in 46 US states so far, and many of those customers wanted to know if we would build it for them, or if we could recommend a builder in their city and state. One of our goals is to locate and work with home builders all over America who will become an affiliate and can build homes for our plan customers in far away place we can’t.

• Processing Build Job Leads: We are seeking experienced, new home sales representatives that we can forward daily build-to-suit leads to.

Duties Will Include: Returning emails and/or calls from prospective build job clients who are interested in us building them one of our plans. Your job will include going through the daily leads and qualify/determine real build-to-suit prospective clients. You will then help them with obtaining a loan if that is required, which will generate a lead commission from some lenders we are or will be working with. You will also determine if we can be of service to them as the builder if they are in Texas, or you will connect them with an affiliate builder in their desired location, which will generate another commission.

• Festivals and Fair Exhibitors: We are looking for couples interested in staging booths at Earth Day Fairs, RV Shows, State Fairs, County Fairs, Trades Day Festivals or whatever you think will generate great results to sell our plans on CD’s (you decide which plans you would like to market and we will produce the marketing materials, including large renderings of some of our plans you place on picture tripods. The marketing materials and CD’s will be sold to you at our affiliate vendor, wholesale prices.

Duties Will Include; selling our plans for retail (you earn the profit on each CD sold). You will also be establishing a list of qualified “build-to-suit” customers that either Texas Tiny Homes builds, or we provide the leads to our affiliate builders in your area, that you have helped procure as mentioned above in, “Builder Relations”. You will receive a commission on each build-to-suit that we or other builders sell. You will be responsible for the booth expense, your set up time, and meeting the requirements and obligations of each festival, or convention host.

• Mortgage Lenders:

Texas Tiny Homes is interested in teaming up with private lenders in cities all over America who will become one of our affiliates that we can send leads to of prospective customers in your city or state. Send us an email from the “contact” tab if you are are lender/mortgage broker if interested in being one of our lender affiliates.

• Investor Partners:

We have multiple goals and projects right now that require private investor or joint venture capital; including land developments, model homes, and several modular/mobile prototypes. If you are an experienced and successful investor that would interested send us an email from our “contact tab”
