Ecocapsule is a portable house offering an unmatched dwelling experience. With its immense off-grid life span, worldwide portability and flexibility it is suitable for a wide range of applications: from an independent research station or a tourist lodge to an emergency housing or a humanitarian-action unit.
Texas Tiny Homes has been communicating with the UK company who designed and built some prototypes for their Ecocapsule, and are planning their full production and distribution as we speak. We are interested in being a distributor for the Ecocapsule, but need investor capital, or joint venture partners, or Texas Tiny Shareholders (shares are for currently for sale) to fund a show room, marketing, shipping trailers to deliver the product to our customers around America. We have not gotten to the wholesale pricing, retail pricing and terms of funding the units they ship to us. They are interested in Texas Tiny Homes being a distributor, but we will need to have our ducts in row to close a deal with them.
Texas Tiny Homes is also interested designing and building our own “one man camp” product and this is a link for the concept
I have also been communicating with a sharp young man in Texas who was the head of production for a modular manufacturing company based in Texas that worked for. That now defunct company was building 50 below zero, man camps that were being shipped to North Dakota, Alaska, Canada for housing oil boom exploration workers. He ran their plant, which shut down after the Canadian owner ran off with all the funds. They were shipping one unit a week out of their plant. The former project manger is very interested in being a part of Texas Tiny Homes modular division, if we can lock in on a product and build a prototype This is a link for the 50 below zero product. We are interested in pursuing investor capital, joint venture partner ship, Texas Tiny Homes shareholders to help fund a modular building facility in Texas to do multiple products out of with this young man possibly heading up our modular production.
