This is a sneak peek at our very first, site built model home for Texas Tiny Homes. We are about to break ground on a really nice wooded lot in Granbury, Texas, and construction will be underway as soon as electrical power is connected to the lot.

This small luxury home has 607 square feet of air-conditioned footage including the large loft, bathroom with its own walk in closet and a washer/dryer stack unit. We will be posting photo’s and video’s of the construction in the coming weeks and will share them in our blog and Facebook page.

Our luxury homes in this Granbury community will start from $85,000. This model home will be shown by appointment, as well as scheduled open houses that will be announced.
